Students' lives revolve heavily around their health, and this is especially true for international students studying in another system. Self-care and maintaining good mental health can be challenging to do on your own. We considered you when we wrote this essay and want to mention the assistance provided by the Université Paris Saclay.
The Student Health Service (SSE), as stated on the university website, coordinates prevention and health education activities all year long on campus by addressing various health topics in their entirety (sexual health, mental health, addiction & risks, nutrition, vaccination...) through an approach based on your resources and aspirations that strengthens the position of young people as actors in health education and promotion.

You can see from the chart above that they provide you with prevention actions every month in a variety of formats, including webinars, displays, stands, movies, podcasts, workshops, etc., to inform you, to understand, to discuss, and to act.
All of the events t planned are listed here (continuously updated): https://www.universite-paris-saclay.fr/campagne-de-prevention
March is Wellness Month, therefore this is the month that we celebrate it. As a result, we advise you to check the website frequently to view the many activities that will be suggested.
Moreover, the university employs the following regular preventive measures.
As it's critical to consider communication when things aren't going well, Saclay offers a free nighttime listening service run by and for students. Every night from 9 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., it is open.Visit this website for additional details: https://www.nightline.fr/saclay
The university also offers a health service where you can make an appointment to discuss your situation. Use the following website to schedule an appointment: https://www.universite-paris-saclay.fr/vie-de-campus/medicine-preventive
Finally, remember to always protectyourself, whether you're with friends or at student gatherings. If you are in danger, speak to a trusted person and take care of yourself.
