Parc de Sceaux

The castle is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday, from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm from March to October, and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm from November to February.

The works of art in the museum retrace the history of the Domaine de Sceaux and its various owners and express the French art of living from Louis XIV to Napoleon III.

Information about the park of the domain is available on the page The park of the domain of Sceaux.

The Pavillon de l'Aurore and the Orangery are open to visitors every weekend when not in use for special events.

The Pavillon de l'Aurore, an exceptional garden pavilion dating from the 17th century, is decorated with a dome painted by Charles Le Brun on the theme of the Aurora.

The Orangery, built in 1686 by Hardouin-Mansart, serves as a setting for various cultural events and preserves the sculptures of the gardens from Colbert's time.

Colbert's stables, now rehabilitated, and the "little castle", built in 1661, are used for temporary exhibitions.
